PCTRAN PLASTIC SURGERY

Phu C. Tran, MD, is a double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and the American Board of Surgery (ABS). He helps patients in California and Texas achieve natural-looking results aligned with their unique cosmetic goals. 

Dr. Tran’s philosophy is simple: to provide a personalized plastic surgery experience! He will work with you -- and your busy schedule -- to achieve the best result possible, tailored to you. His goal is to achieve a natural-looking result while minimizing complications. He does the full spectrum of Plastic Surgery, from cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body to complex reconstructive surgery for cancer, wounds, burns, and traumatic injuries. 

After receiving his medical degree from the renowned Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, Dr. Tran completed his General Surgery residency at the University of California San Francisco- Fresno (UCSF-Fresno) program. He then went on to complete his Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery training at Indiana University School of Medicine. 

Following his training, he returned to UCSF Fresno to teach residents and fellows in the General Surgery and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery program as a clinical faculty and currently holds an academic appointment as Volunteer Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery for the world-renowned University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine.
